Stelios Grigoriou is designated on ICSID Panel for Greece
Gregoriou Law Firm is pleased to announce that our Senior Partner, Stelios Grigoriou LL.M. (LSE), FCIArb, has been designated to serve on the Panel of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), under the auspices of the World Bank, for Greece.
Stelios is one of only eight Greek lawyers appointed to this Panel.
He has also been designated to ICSID's Panel of Conciliators, an honor extended to just four Greek lawyers.
Stelios's appointment to both Panels became effective on 6 August 2026 and will remain in force for a period of six years, through 6 August 2032.
ICSID is the world's leading institution for the resolution of investment disputes between states and foreign investors, and its Panels of Arbitrators and Conciliators are composed of individuals designated by member states and the Centre's Chairman for their recognized competence in law, commerce, industry, or finance.
This designation is a significant recognition of Stelios's expertise in international arbitration and investment dispute resolution, and underscores Gregoriou Law Firm's continued standing at the forefront of international commercial and investment dispute resolution.
We warmly congratulate Stelios on this distinguished appointment.
